It's more than likely Edmonton will finish off Kings next game and they'll be more rested than us for second round if we advance. Our guys are banged up and needed the rest. Rush Posted May 1 Share Posted May 1 cant expect to come back game after game. not a winning formula. need more urgency and we need more discipline when it comes to late game penalties when we only got a 1 goal lead. I had zero expectation we would lose this game from the beginning. so the loss is definitely frustrating to see. the team has time to soak in this defeat for a bit and I hope they get their crap together. You can't just stay composed for 45-50 minutes in a game. On a positive note.. petey is skating again and is looking more confident. Good sign of things to come. You have to know the refs are looking to give Nashville a chance with Vancouver up 1-0. I also don't understand why Tocchet is allergic to a coach's challenge. Both those plays change the game.
