He's being paid 7.35 million... and by NHL standards he is way out producing the average pay for 89 points... not even counting last years 102 points. Mitch Marner has been paid 11.5 for the past few seasons and has fewer points than Pettersson. Next year if he regresses below 89 points, you can complain... Bozo. 6 1 2 1 1

nergish
Just tremendous. How can we not re-sign Dakota and Big Z? Silovs did not play great, but I still feel you have to go with him for game 2. He battled through it, and I think his upside is too tantalizing compared to DeSmith.

But I think he and Willander could be a pretty dynamic 1-2 punch on the right side one day. But yeah, the other 3 I really, really want to keep. I hate to say this cause people here get in their feels. But I'd trade Petey in a heartbeat if it meant we can retain Joshua, Zads and Lindholm.

He’s struggled both times after contract negotiations but he’s also played great in the playoffs before and have had a great career do far overall. This year he had 30 giveaways and 50 takeaways his best yet. Hes over 50% on the draw this year and almost doubled his career high in hits. Hes becoming a more complete player even though the offence hasn’t been there. Im backing Petey just like I’m backing Miller and Boeser in the past when fans wanted them gonzo Exactly... have some patience. The same bozos who complained about Boeser or Garland in the past are complaining about Pettersson.

Popular Post J-23
Pettersson had a good game, not his fault his linemates can’t pass him the puck when he’s wide open. Bieksa is right. Anyways, Canucks win. 4 1 3 3
quattrob
We still have our trump card in Demko if we can win a few more games.. that would guarantee at worse game 7. Hope all things go right with Demko's recovery. Edited May 9 by quattrob
viking mama
Wow! The BOS Bruins can’t depart from these play-offs soon enough for me. Bruins lose 6-1 & their coach is out there yapping to the media & praising them all for essentially breaking the rules of hockey &…you guessed it…getting misconducts & fighting!! ^What a dog! It’s supposed to be a new era for these players, buddy…where they’re to do no intentional harm & respect their fellow union bros & all that! I know the BOS/FLA series will be getting the kind of officiating & refs that Jeremy Jacobs (perennial NHL-BOG Chairman & Bruins owner) pays for…..but I’d still love to see the NYR face our ‘Nucks in this year’s SC-Final, as a 30th anniversary re-match of their meet-up in ‘94. I favor the speed, skill & passion of the hard-nosed elite…rather than suffer through these Bruins drama-queens gooning-it-up & having the usual suspects (old-school referees) either call nothing….or misinterpret everything! So, please hockey-gods, knock these knuckle-dragging drama-queens from BOS out of it, ASAP. 1 2
