Call me crazy but I feel good about this game. Silovs is playing well and I believe our guys are going to come back and gut out a W.

Definitely the one positive is that Silovs is playing well. The Canucks need to play like this is their last game.

Remember when Hughes first joined the team and would go end to end, go behind the net, throw it off the net, Spinorama and then skate around and play keep away?

Why doesn’t he do any of that on the pp to create space? He just plays catch with Miller.

He's injured. Saw him limping in a post game shot walking to the dressing room. Canucks are missing that from him right now. He's not able to create the same amount of space.

yeah, Im not looking to dump on anyone but if Juulsen has a really solid game I wouldnt be surprised if Cole gets a little reset for game 5

IF that happens then I'd agree.

Exactly. How many PPs do they need to figure out they have to stay low? Draisaitl has 6 PP goals against us and the last 2 have been leaving him alone. Makes no sense.

And as somebody who watches the majority of Oilers games, you shut those two down and their powerplay is about a tenth as lethal. Teams have dedicated their PK to this way and have had success. McDavid forces the pass through despite it being not available.

Bench Petey for game. He is invisible like me

He won't e scratched ut since the top 2 lines are set maybe try him on the wing with Blueger centering. Double shift Garland on the other wing.

He needs better support hopefully to wake him up

I thought Silovs had an excellent first period.

Looked calm and composed, stopped lots of dangerous shots.

The shot which went in he caught on his chest and was unlucky that it deflected and went in... could easily have bounced out or over the net.

He looks good.

Why?  He was no worse than anyone else on the pp and j actually saw him make a few good plays at both ends of the ice

It’s sad we have to be excited for a few good plays in a game by him. I remember when he use to dominate shifts. That was a long time ago.

He got pushed off the puck like he was feather. Other players were bad on the pp too, but he’s downright useless…sry

He was pushed DOWN, AFTER he made passes to others.
