Brock is out, so Petey is going to have to step up. Miller will lead them into battle again. Captain Hughes needs to report for duty and get some friggin' points on the board. 

 

Petey and Hughes, they need these guys to be at their best and produce. Canucks can still win this.

The new larger Hockey Shop in Langley has tons of jerseys 

picked up skate logo tshirts there recently with 4 different players names for family members to wear during games , mine is Miller

I really don't get putting Sam Lafferty and Ilya Mikheyev in, when neither has contributed. Coles stays in while Juulsen is out. Coles has contributed to 5? goals while Juulsen made 1 mistake that led to a goal. Doesn't make sense.

We don't need hockey smarts as fans, that's for the guys on the  ice. We need to bring energy and fill that arena with support.

 

Oilers fans also were very tentative (for a reason). We don't have to follow their lead...we can be leaders. I'm proud our arena is shaking during these games.

Yes, I was all for a chant for Pettersson, I just didn't like the chant "Let's Go etc" which to me implied that he was struggling, which, even if true, was not really positive.

But, Petey said it really did inspire him, hearing his name, and he had his best game.

 

Point being, I think we should come up with more 'named' chants, and keep the Let's Go Petey and J. T. Miller and add some more.

The whole building inspiring specific players as well as the team...
