even after a bad first, it was still 0-0.  The blow PP chances didn't help.  EP bled for nothing.

Yeah, PP sure sucked these past few games. Wasted 4 mins and 5on3 last game, too.

Sure needs some work over the summer.

It will be interesting to see if we learn what happened with the team after the ASG, both with the PP and their early command of games. Playing catch-up so often is rarely a good plan.

Petey is going to come back a monster next year. I'm sure of it. But we do need to find him a duo winger. Miller has Boeser, Petey needs a solid winger that he can play the season with. Maybe that's who we trade Hronek for.

Yeah, they really have to find the right mix for EP or this team won't go far.

Our lack of winger depth became extremely evident this post season. Continue to build the defense, build up our winger depth, and one big acquisition for Petey. This team is just starting.

Pettersson was invisible for at least half of the games, and ended up with 1g 5a in 13 games.

With the margins as fine as they were, what a difference it would have made had he just played up to a 7.35m level.

Anyone who thought 8x11.6 was a great contract or discount starting to feel a bit uneasy about it?

Surprising how winger depth was a strength coming into the season.

There’s a lot of talk about bolstering our top 6, which I agree with, but I think Hoglander is going to make a huge jump next season.

It was evident after the break, and we waited for a trade at deadline.  But management wasn't going to risk it all.  They all said publicly that this team is ahead of their plan.  They have a 3-4 yr plan, building around QH and Demko's contract as the window to compete.

I have faith in the management to continue the surgery and make the team even better.  Wilander, EP D, Jonathan L still to come in the nexrt couple of yrs.

To be clear, it was not an effort issue, it was the pressure. The boys still have some learning to do when it comes to managing the pressure - all part of becoming a winner. Great year, they will be back better next year. Love this team!!

Tocchet should've had the balls to put Lekkerimaki in tbh. Lost your only top 6 winger and tries to fill the hole with two 4th liners? Dog shit.

He lost the player he'd been playing with all year; What a stupid post.  🤒

Its stupid to post that the loss of one player makes the team weaker.

Hockey is a team sport with 4 lines.

Sayin Boeser missing had anything to do with bad passes and lost pucks from Miller. Is pathetic.  All you are doing is making excuses for him

 Typical jock strap sniffer fan
