I do think he needs to be better in the second half of the year, but I don’t expect a guy to break it all down in the year end interview. At best you’re going to get an “I was shitty” or whatever Petey said.

McIntyre mentioning that Zadorv’s little girls and his wife absolutely love it here. Not too sure how much of a hometown discount that will bring, but hopefully it does help in brining down his ask to an affordable number. Love to keep him at bottom pairing numbers.

No, not at all.  The relevant part is where he admits that his production tanked in the second half.  That would streamline the Canucks' case in arbitration if it went to that.
