I don’t live here, I took my daughter here because she got into hockey hard core these playoffs and went to a few of our games and attended all the viewing parties. Once we were out I decided to take a trip with her to Edmonton to see the viewing parties. Right now we’re in Banff, going back to Edmonton tomorrow, we’re have a great time. one thing we both agree on is Edmonton has a way better outdoor area setup for viewing parties, they have 2 huge areas, one is where the Moss pit is and the other is just west of the stadium. We also both agree that the concourse and entrance to Rogers place is better although we have batter seating area and ice view. She preferred the extra activities Vancouver did at the viewing party, the ones in Edmonton had nothing extra going on but the outdoor stuff was much better. We did some hiking around the river valley and that area is awesome. The rest of Edmonton is flat but one neat thing is how much sky you can see. The mall is fun and not paying PST when you go clothes shopping is great. Tomorrow we’re going to a casino viewing party for something different.
