Usually if the other team passes the puck into a crowd at the bench, I sometimes see it not called (especially if there is no clear position) but the problem was, the Oiler forward passed it back to his teammate near the bench. It was absolutely absurd not to call it. A junior ref would have got that one right And also yes tkachuk embellished and it was the right call but funny how all the other oilers embellishments don't get called. So ridiculous. Smh There's been some really strange calls this playoffs that make no sense including that Petey reverse hit penalty. I can't help to think there is corruption in the league. This really can't be the best refs in the world can it? We either have to believe the best in the world are actually pretty crappy at their jobs or they are corrupt. I wish there would be an FBI investigation into the league. They did for the NBA and found cockroaches once the rotting carpet was lifted it up. Im positive we'd see the same in the NHL. What makes the NHL any different when other Sports leagues do it? It happens in soccer, nba, many pro sports.
