Horvat at 8.5 mil to be a third line center just didn’t make sense. That’s why the rumoured 7x7 deal was probably as high as they were willing to go (and even that was probably too much) The key to unlocking this teams full potential lies in Pettersson truly reaching that elite game changing level. I just find it interesting because the way the teams trajectory has changed over the past year. We’ve seen more than glimpses of Petey. 100 points is not a glimpse.
