That's why that Chinese spy balloon bee-lined right to that part of the US. Personally, I think states regaining more autonomy has a better chance than a full on actual national divorce.

Destroy all oversight run everything through the white house and strip citizens of the rights of freedom to the betterment of the few. This is basically communism with religious extremism that is little different than sharia law This will result in civl war at best and literally an open board and field for every dictator and rogue state in the world who will effectively be given free run with the US useless to step in and help Capitalism is working out great heh ? Government oversight ? How's that working out for the American people ? This is how it's working out. " The Top 1 percent Of Americans Have Taken 50 Trillion From the Bottom 90 percent - And That's Made The US Less Secure https://time.com/5888024/50-trillion-income-inequality-america/ Last year https://medium.com/@stellar.alchemist/wealth-inequality-in-america-visualized-for-2023-fbf85af4bfb4 " Wealth inequality in the United States has reached staggering levels. According to data from the Federal Reserve, the top 1 percent of Americans now own more wealth than the bottom 90 percent combined. This means that a tiny fraction of the population controls a disproportionately large share of the country's resources, leaving the vast majority struggling to make ends meet. " Yes, the American people might be " free " to elect their leaders, and what fantastic choices they have. Always the choice between the lesser of two evils. As we all face in our western democracies. However, be it democrats or republicans, since the Reagan administration and his trickle down economics BS, there has actually been an opposite effect. A dirty great flood of wealth to those at " the top ". 1

That would not be good enough for me, but if it's good enough for you fine, that's your politics. So the only question is the label, I would call it an open border personally. I think most Americans would agree I've got to find the statement by Shumer. Only 90% sure about this. But as someone stated, regardless, it was good politics for the repubs to go for no Ukraine funding unless the border is secured first. If the Dems care so little about their own country and Ukraine, let them wear it. Of course their media will be there to cover for them so only moral victories are there to easily be had. Also, see the above. 1

Are you referring to me ? Seeing how I replied to one of your posts. New account ? Been a member of this board and the old board with my current user name since 2018. Before that I joined the old site sometime before the cup run as, puckinloveicehockey. Lost my password and had to change my email -relationship breakup, my ex had access - so that is why I rejoined using another name. I am sorry if you find my posts about wealth inequality tired and old. Wealth inequality is a great injustice as far as I am concerned. And actions of past administrations have contributed to this. As I brought up years ago, of probably the worst decision made was Clinton's repealing of the Glass- Steagall act, in relation to the distribution of wealth. Clinton used to quote and invoke the name of Roosevelt frequently, yet he undid one of Roosevelts greatest achievements. Kinda funny that it was only 7-8 years after Clinton repealed Glass - Steagall, the GFC, banking crisis happened. Now you can counter with the Dodd- Franklin act, which was a great piece of Legislation. Passed by a president I greatly admire for his economic decisions. However when PO1135809 was elected president his administration watered it down with the help of the banking lobby. https://www.pbs.org/newshour/economy/hundreds-of-lobbyists-pushed-government-to-water-down-banking-regulations For sure Biden's adminstration has done a reasonably good job considering Covid and the high inflation rates that inevitably followed. But I believe he can do more. An example of this is how our Albanese's government has reduced the stage 3 tax cuts for wealthiest Australians and passed those savings onto low and middle class income earners. Bottom line tax the rich more and the poor less. I know this is only one example however a pro publica report from 2018 stated, " Elon Musk and many other Americans at the top of the worlds richest people paid no income tax "

Not only is coach Tommy an a-hole, he’s also clearly not a very intelligent guy. He’d probably get crushed at crib or dominoes by any semi functioning resident of a nursing home.
