Trump will tell you the 'American people had never been better off'.  Not true though.  The best years were post WWII and lasted until the 70's.

 

It's almost as if that Covid thing had an effect on the economy.  Did it effect any other countries or just a Trumpless America?

 

Go count all the US Presidents who were lucky enough not to have large wars break out during their term. Trump is not alone here.  Half of his term was spent during a global pandemic.  Who is going to start a major war under those conditions?  

 

Stand up to other countries? I assume you mean other countries leaders.  Like say Putin and Kim Jong Un.

Amazing, he coattailed on Obama's amazing economy for two years and turned that into an enormous inflationary deficit. Then covid hit.

Almost everything you said can be pointed right back at Trump. I get thinking Kamala is a weak option, I am on record here stating that exact thing, but that doesn't make him a good option...

He's just arguing semantics., dishonestly at that. Obsufucating the truth to try to give Trump and Vance a pass.

 

The claims made by Trump and Vance were false, he's saying washington post shouldn't have called them false because, even though there's no evidence of the claims being rooted in reality, there's some minute chance they might be true because Haitians perform voodoo in Haiti.  

 

It's a laughably obtuse argument.

 

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, especially ones that do harm to people. In this case, I'd even accept ordinary evidence because there isn't any. But republicans do what they do and just dig their heels in instead of ever admitting they're gullible morons. 

 

They lied, he can't come to terms with it.
