Apparently, Leon Muskovite also got in on the action at a Pennsylvania town hall.

If I was Dominion, he's the one I'd go after.

Elon may have to part with a fair amount of stock sooner or later.  I seriously doubt he's 9 figure liquid if he takes this to trial.

If Dominion files suit, he better take the first reasonable 8 figure settlement offer.  Dominion said after the Fox settlement that their reputation was so diminished that they expected lawsuits to be their main source of income for the foreseeable future.  Not sure if that changed in the last couple of years but I doubt it.

I mentioned the other day how disliked Cruz is by his colleagues.  It's one of the worst kept "secrets" in DC.  They wanted him gone for the longest time, but have since resigned themselves to the fact that Texas is unlikely to boot him.

The only person more disliked is the Florida pedo/trafficker in the House.  There's actual hate for him.  They even tried to boot him, but couldn't muster enough votes for a couple of reasons.

Beto came within 2-3 points of Cruz and the new guy is now polling around the same in this cycle with only 2.5 weeks to go.  Likely not enough time to close the gap.  His detractors are likely hoping for the margin of error to kick in.

TBH, that is a little depressing.

Because some of those memes are quotes from 20 years ago.  At least two of them are dead now. Yet he persists.  Texas is such a corrupt State. And dominated by right wing media who indoctrinates Texans with anti-Democrat messaging 24/7.

There were high hopes for Beto O'Rourke last time. But it didn't matter that Cruz bailed on his State to Cancun during the deadly ice storms where people died. Or that he lies all the time. Or that everyone hates him.  Cruz still cruised to victory.

But I have do have higher hopes this time

Ted Cruz Is Hanging On by the Skin of His Teeth, Republican Poll Warns

Ted Cruz is hanging on by a thread in his Texas Senate race, according to internal polling from a GOP super PAC.

A memo from the Senate Leadership Fund obtained by Politico shows serious trouble for Cruz and several other Republicans in competitive Senate races this November. Indeed, the majority of the candidates listed are losing their races.

In his race against Democratic challenger Colin Allred, Cruz is up by only one point according to the super PAC. The document notes that Allred “has been heavily outspending” on television ads.

If they increased the advanced voting period it would give voters plenty of time to plan their votes around vacations. If its just the ones who are vacationing for months at a time during the election that happens once every 4 years, then maybe say tough luck in an effort to get voter physically back at the polls.

Or - and I know this is wild idea - we could allow people to mail in their ballots so that they can still vote while being away, regardless of why. I mean seriously, how much voter fraud do you believe is occurring from mail ins? Because up until Trump, neither side was overly concerned. I'm way less concerned about mail in ballots as opposed to another mob storming the Capitol because their guy can't admit he lost.

I don't think he qualifies for either. Chuck-E-Cheese would find his employment inappropriate, considering their clientele.

Well he is competing against someone UNDEMOCRATICALLY chosen and someone who makes very poor choices lets him have fun.   The fact it's a dead heat and a good chance Trump beats Kamala speaks volumes.  Kamala also looks like she's campaigning to run a Chuck-E-Cheese.

Kamala is a fake and a phoney.  She comes up with this and then doesn't show up.  Probably a good choice since every time she does an interview or an event she drops in the polls.

Where do you get the undemocratically chosen bs from?

I bet kamala is wishing she had less viewers for her train wreck of an interview.  People always love watching train wrecks so this isn't the win you think it is. 🙄

So when Trump is going on about how big his crowds are, he's actually making a weird flex about how much of a train wreck he is? Seems like an odd strategy to go with....

There was no proper primary.  It was very undemocratic.  A panic move because they realized the electorate knew Biden was senile.  The evidence was mounting for years.

You don't seem to realize that parties can decide how their candidates are chosen.

When you witness a car wreck, do you pretend it never happened?

You don't seem to realize that ALLOWING people to vote for a candidate is DEMOCRATIC.   Bob can you tell me what % of the vote Kamala received in the 2020 Democratic primary?
