These people are so deluded that they actually realize how evil their barbaric policies are.  This particular dirtbag should be in a mental institution since his mother made the wrong choice and continued the pregnancy.

 

The Republicans really need to understand that they'll keep losing votes until they make an effort to denazify the party and stop giving vermin like Good a voice.

Probably best for everyone concerned except the GOP if they follow Bob’s advice and double down on abortion rather than moderating their position as JD Vance suggests. I’d much prefer they stick to their hard line on a losing issue like this, at least until after 2024

In an excerpt from the latest tell-all book about the Trump presidency, an unnamed former "high-level Trump aide" shared what I'd call a pretty much spot-on description of his former boss:

 

The official's statement reads: “He lacks any shred of human decency, humility, or caring. He is morally bankrupt, breathtakingly dishonest, lethally incompetent, and stunningly ignorant of virtually anything related to governing, history, geography, human events, or world affairs."

"You got no guts, you did so," he said. "The reporter said it right there, what kind of chicken move is that."

 

McCarthy then walked away while Burchett called him "childish" and "a jerk," according to the report. Burchett also revealed that this was the first communication he'd had with McCarthy since he voted in favor of a motion to vacate the speaker's chair earlier this year.

 

 

Looks like they might have to establish a "Time Out" space on the Republican side of Congress......:classic_rolleyes:

Of course the QOP voted against the resolution.  When Schumer brings it to the floor, I wonder if he will get enough QOP support to confirm the block promotions of some 350 officers.  This only happened because of Sen. Football's stand.  And in some way, the QOP supports his stand.  They're just mad that they may have to actually be on the record as to being against the necessary promotions that Sen Football has been preventing.
