Bowman was caught on video pulling a fire alarm during appropriations voting in September. He was charged with the misdemeanor of willfully and knowingly pulling a fire alarm, and in October agreed to a plea deal that would see all charges dropped after three months if Bowman pays a $1,000 fine and apologizes to the Capitol Police. He's obviously fairly smart and clever, but he needs to write better material before he's worthy of a national special. I guess with their belt tightening, Netflix is trying to catch an up&comer while he's still inexpensive. Jeselnik and his stance/politics about this over sensitivity on stand-up comedy. Hidden for the more sensitive among us so nobody can claim they were unaware. Don't anybody click if you are sensitive.
