Actually worse than what I posted. The billions they want for the border aren't to stop the migration, but rather institutionalize it. The money is for processing, accomodating and lawyering the migrants. Typical big government doing what big government does best, spend spend spend. Apparently the tougher screening they plan is that the illegals have to answer theree questions correctly. Are you a criminal? (No) Could you stay in your home country?
