Apparently my requests for a custom wake up call and snooze privileges got lost in the bureaucratic morass. Spent the morning collecting rocks in the yard. Think I’ll chisel a chess set to pass the time. I asked Red to get me a rock hammer for my project. Red is a man who knows how to get things. He told me I could buy a chess set from the commissary for $15. I suppose I’ll have to find a new project. These walls are funny. First you hate 'em, then you get used to 'em.
