He's been convicted of 34 counts in the LEAST offensive of the trials, meaning if he gets convicted in any of the other trials, it's worse. On top of that, when he does a rally, he's not getting the people out that he used to get back in 2016 when he won by not even the popular vote. He's been seeing a lot of protest groups outside of rallies, sometimes even bombarding their way into the rally, cutting it short. His endorsed candidates haven't been doing well for the most part. He's not doing well and the only thing that could get him out of this (if it gets him out of this) is winning in November. Whatever he does now in terms of remarks is like throwing fire onto a fire that already exists. It means more to us viewing this than it will Trump. Unfortunately, outside of his stance on Ukraine, he tends to suck up to whatever side he thinks will give him power.
