It was an interview with a Philadelphia radio station. This is an account I follow with over a million followers that also posted it. In fairness to Biden, I think what he was trying to say was that he served with the first black President and first black Vice President, but if you listen to it, he stumbles and it comes out wrong... 1

Gotta wonder what was going through the Democrat's heads when they decided Joe was the only one that could beat Trump. But then again who were the other candidates. A shame no one stepped up, the lack of leadership there could very well be their downfall. That being said, even if Biden is a vegetable by November, he is the lesser of two evils by far IMO. He could have pulled a Johnson, giving room for people like Newsom to actually campaign. This is due to the long standing tradition of not really challenging an incumbent who is seeking re-election. Only non-serious candidates would dare. That's what we got this primary season.

Who's the less knowledgeable one now? Do yourself a huge favour and put me on ignore. Nobody ever takes my advice when I ask them to put me on ignore, but I really hope that you become the first. If you do, you'll be happier that way and won't have to put up with a bast*rd Nazi/fascist like me who isn't in lockstep with your belief system You literally live your entire life in this specific social media forum, desperately trying to shove your obviously bad and wrong opinions on everyone who posts here. Look how many posts you have here. You're trying to control the narrative by spamming endless posts to everyone you don't like. Go ahead and block me if I trigger you so much. I used to be very active in them in old CDC since this is a hockey message board and is where my passion sits, but I learned the hard way that people don't like their views challenged especially when it comes to hockey and the Canucks. I will participate in the Canucks forum more in this upcoming season because there is less to be critical about and I will likely be in the ranks of overly optimistic cheerleader. I left for 4 years after I felt that I had wore out my welcome. I left online friends I talked to every day. I came back when I learned that the community was in crisis mode after some in the real life Canucks organization decided that CDC and it's members were expendable. After 4 years of no contact, I found that I was still worried about how the people I grew to know were faring when something they loved was threatened. After this board was created and things went back to normal, I decided that I wanted to keep continuing to have contact with the people here. If that means that I will only be active in 1 or 2 threads that most of the board participates in, then so be it. I will enjoy the time that I spend with the people here. In this thread there are people who bare their soul and their beliefs and that fascinates me. I don't spam this board, I respond in courtesy to people who talk to me. If someone decides that they will give me their time, I will happily and gratefully reciprocate that gift. I don't dislike or hate anybody on this board. If I did, I would ignore that person. Life is too short, and time is too precious of a commodity to waste on people you do not want to be with. I may no longer spend hours on end here like I once did on CDC, but I've come to be content with the collective hour or two that I do give this board and the people here daily. Like I said in my previous post. It's painfully obvious that you don't like me or my opinions. There is no narrative. I truly don't care who wins the election here in the US as long as the government stays split and the conservative/TP Republicans and "progressive" Democrats don't gain more power in Congress. In closing: Once again... Do yourself a favour and put me on ignore before you get yourself banned/suspended from here. You will be a much happier person if you ignore my evil Nazi/Fascist 3rd party loving independent opinions. 4 2

I talk to people, I don't try and publicly denigrate them and/or put them down from out of left field for little to no reason. That's why I'm never in danger of getting suspended or banned. I also know when it's best to take any issue with someone into a private conversation through DM's. Public actions have consequences. IMO, it more lays at the feet of the media that protect him, and the people gobbling up and regurgitating that published nonsense, even though it contradicts everything they have seen or heard. When it has been obvious for some time that Biden was incapable, well... I'm not directing the above at you or anyone else in particular here, because: 1. I don't follow this thread and don't want to make a baseless attack on anyone, and 2. I don't want to spend time defending a position against the echo chamber. I almost never post in political threads here anymore, and I'm not about to get drawn back in. Anyone who reads this post can agree or disagree with it, I won't comment publicly further on the matter (I'll consider coherent DMs). I just popped in today to see how y'all were handling the crisis on the Dem side of the aisle. The only people who can hold the media accountable are it's consumers. If the consumer is unwilling to do so, because they would rather their media be 100% partisan rather than honest, we'll, you reap what you sow. If the media refuses to do their job, or, more accurately, refuses to remember what their job is (exposing the truth about those in power so that the electorate can make informed decisions) you're gonna have shit shows like this. Almost all of the media has chosen a side (either side... ain't playing favorites here), and we all lose as a result. 3

He needs to rally the donors and the only way to do that is by stabilizing and then boosting his poll numbers. If the money dries up, his campaign will be on life support and then he and his team will have to decide whether or not to pull the plug. U.S. decides this November, while the Canadian election can be as far away as Oct. of next year. Plenty of time to see what happened. It night help steer people from Skippy, but we still need JT to step aside imo. Now that Skippy is openly pandering to the evangelicals, we should be very concerned about what he'll try to do up here with basic rights, since he follows the US playbook so closely in his messaging. bishopshodan
A corpse is better than Trump. There is no way to spin it that Trump would be better... He is an 'existential threat to democracy'. He has so little to offer and he is a good candidate for trying to become Americas first dictator. I'm not talking about predicting who will win, I'm not talking about if the US system could defend from a dude that might try to become said dictator...so dont worry. I'm talking about why would they risk it? The US always wants to fight, now with itself, for no F'ing good reason at all. One of the best places in the world, the biggest powerhouse and there is talk of revolution boiling out of the basements, churches, and backwoods. In the words of Tom Keifer....'You dont know what you got (till its gone)' 1 2 1
