It’s public knowledge. People just like to say civil war but imo the truth is that most in the USA have it too comfy. They arn't going to put their life on the line. They would rather battle on the internet, eat some fast food, and watch WWE. Life is still far too good for the idea of a real civil war happening. At most I think a few skirmishes at protests and a few more shootings. Sorta par for the course but with a bit more spice for a while. But Trump has this in the bag now, no doubt.
