Joe realized he’s been battling with age and it’s natural limitations it brings . For many of us it’s a personal battle that we wage with ourselves. Joe has done well , I’d say excellent, considering he’s at that 80’s number. Its harder to accept others opinions, when it’s really a personal matter. Personally, at 62, I’m realizing adjustments I need to make.. preparations,. A smaller rancher , open concept style home , concrete, glass , steel roof . Big bi-folding window/ doors as walls. more outside space . rooflines without eaves or gutters that cover bigger walking and patio areas so I don’t have to shovel snow Or clean gutters . im sick of ladders . Ive had more friends dads die from falling from them trying to keep up with maintainence. Fucking Christmas lights !?!? I don’t want to be “that guy” who knew better , but didn’t except the consequences of age . Im imagining of open all my walls in a future Spring Rain and pull in a power washer and spend 2 days power washing the inside and outside of my concrete home.. outdoor patios.. and fire pit. WHY ? ..Because I’ll be able to still do that in my 80’s , and not have it kill me. lol. ps . Also , no lawn .. throw wildflower seeds everywhere and raise bees, for honey, for my godamn coffee! And I might roast my own!! Joe , will not have any regret or remorse from this move.. They say sometimes you buy, or buy into things knowing better. “Buyers Remorse” . But doing, what you know you should be doing .. Well that’s “Ownership”. Joe will be happy , and I’m sure he’ll still be around. He hasn’t fallen off his ladder. He’s had his own realizations . He stepped down, off of it.. and on to his deck. And what an amazing career in politics he has had! That’s a book I hope to READ over MY coffee with MY honey Edited July 25 by SilentSam 5

Popular Post Sabrefan1
I keep talking about swing states and the electoral college, but I just realized that I've never once given some of the "visual learners" here a tool to use to get the hang of everything. This is a good start for those of you who prefer to learn that way. The map keeps up with an averaging of all polls and is interactive the exact same way that you see news-people on television interact with their maps. https://www.270towin.com/maps/consensus-2024-presidential-election-forecast 5

As bad as Joe has looked the majority of Dems were prepared to vote for him. National security be damned. Often incoherent Trump carries the GOP ticket with little to no opposition. Not good enough for the most powerful country in the world.
