Donald Trump named the other co-chair of his transition team if he’s elected, Cantor Fitzgerald CEO Howard Lutnick. Let’s find out about him…

Four days after the 9/11 attacks, Lutnick announced to public outcry, that he would have to stop the paychecks of his nearly 700 employees who were missing or had died.

In 2014, Lutnick for quietly pocketed a chunk of the $135 million settlement his company received from American Airlines over negligence related to the 9/11 terrorist attacks that killed more than almost 700 of his firm’s employees.

In 2014, a subsidiary of his Cantor Fitzgerald, CG Technology, had to pay $5.5 million to Nevada gaming regulators, the largest fine ever leveled against a casino or affiliated company, for an illegal betting operation that had accepted almost $35 million in illegal wagers.

In 2016, Lutnick’s CG Technology agreed to pay $22.5 million to the U.S. government for its role in an illegal gambling and money laundering scheme.

In 2022, Lutnick was sued in a complaint that said he improperly got a $50 million bonus for “blowing smoke” that he’d added value to the company’s Newmark commercial real-estate unit.

For over a decade, Lutnick brought five separate lawsuits in federal and state courts, together seeking upward of $80 million from the city of Bridgehampton, New York, because they weren’t letting him build a barn and a basketball court on his property.

Lutnick has been taking major heat most recently over his massive investment in Tether… …A cryptocurrency that’s popular with groups like Hamas.

Only the very best people…right?

There's a name I haven't thought about in 20 years. Nice to see he's still a POS.

Not if it comes in the form of a textbook Marxist policy.  I still don't think that's what the Harris campaign meant.  They aren't stupid.

For sure. It won't stop the spin, but if it creates real discussion that's good.

Conspiracy theory time.

Harris threw this one out without details to see how marxist she can go before deciding what she actually propose. 🤪

My conspiracy theory is much tamer and boring.

I think she may have gone off script and thrown it out before her campaign had the policy fully fleshed out in an effort to pander before she fully thought it through.  Tabletop economics is still something that Trump is polling better than her with.

I caught a clip of the speech and I'm relieved that she's at least toned down her Obama speech pattern imitations.

Of course she has a large shitty tribal tattoo...im sure if she turned around we'd see a butterfly lower back tattoo....

Tramp stamp is always a good sign when you are looking for some action.

During my more youthful days, tongue, nipple and genital piercing always alerted me to a classy broad.

She didn't go off script. This price gouging proposal was leaked/shared by her team yesterday and actually sounded way more like price control than what she actually said today.

Also insane how Trump poll better with economy. 10% tarrifs on imports will literally implode US economy and drill baby drill does nothing in the big picture with OPEC+ shannigans.

Guess the idea that GOP is always better for the economy is a hard habit to kill given data from contemporary times that show exactly the opposite.

He hasn't mentioned it lately but...

In a 2004 interview with CNN, Donald Trump said, “The economy does better under the Democrats.”

There goes my tame and boring conspiracy theory into the toilet!  😆

Biden kept a fair amount of Trump's tariffs in place.  However, there is such a thing as diminishing returns and if re-elected and Trump goes nuts with the tariffs, there can be negative blow back and unwanted results.

Wasn't it the rumour that Ted Cruz was one of her Johns and that he pushed her to run for Congress?  I seem to remember something like that popping up on social media a couple years ago.

Yeah, it is one thing to have targeted tarrifs but another to implement it indiscriminately on everything like he wants.

Still think he think the exporter pay the tarrifs rather than the importer.

No idea, just tons of her in a crop top and jeans with blonde hair and suggestions of being a hooker

I think he knows how they work, but someone convinced him it was a good idea and most of them did have merit.  Now he may end up overdoing it if he gets back in office.

The hooker thing is probably just a story people made up, but the theatre handies are quite real.  I'm not throwing shade about her promiscuity, just find better places for your date activities than a crowded theatre.

Heck, it's been rumoured for decades that the lawmakers on Capitol Hill are pretty liberal with their workplace "escapades".  It's why I've never taken any of them seriously when they get up on their puritanical high horses.

The weird tale of Madison Cawthorn and things that make you go hmmmmm

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/03/29/cawthorn-orgies-freedom-caucus-00021548

Cawthorn’s orgies-and-drugs comment stirs trouble within Freedom Caucus

The first-term conservative told the podcast “Warrior Poet Society” that he received invitations along the lines of “‘hey, we’re going to have kind of a sexual get-together at one of our homes, you should come’.” The 26-year-old described his response as: “‘What did you just ask me to come to?’ And then you realize they are asking you to come to an orgy.”

Cawthorn suggested that such behavior was seen from lawmakers in their 60s and 70s. He also claimed to have seen other people who are “leading” efforts to eradicate drug addiction using cocaine in front of him.

Shocking enough. Then we find out our naughty boy on wheels gave into temptation regardless. Just what the Republican brass wanted. An iron clad way to shut him down.

Exclusive: Madison Cawthorn photos reveal him wearing women’s lingerie in public setting

Photographs obtained by POLITICO appear to show Madison Cawthorn, the embattled Republican congressman from North Carolina who recently accused his GOP colleagues of inviting him to orgies, wearing lingerie in what appears to be a party setting.

Nothing is really changing with these two. Harris and Trump throw out their voodoo economic theories in hopes that voters can be bought. It usually works. Both Harris and Trump will continue to spend money they don't have. Funding for their Medicare and OAS are in the toilet. The debt is crushing the USA.

Is this the same guy that was crying his eyes out in the ashes of downtown NYC after 9/11?
