Speaking of Trump going to hell. Trump got to hell and the devil said you deserve to be here but I am having a housing crisis and I’m having a hard time finding space for all the newcomers. Here is the art of the deal. There are 3 doors and you can choose any one. The deal is you replace the person behind the door. 
So Trump goes to the first door and there is GW Bush jumping into the pool and then climbing out and jumping in again. Trump says no I’m too fat for that. He opens the 2nd door and there is McCain breaking rocks with a hammer then getting another rock and breaking it. I can’t do that says Trump as I have a bad shoulder from golfing. I also get the frustration when it comes to what some leftist channels will say about Trump. There's a lot of youtube videos I see where the title's like "Oh we got him! He's done for!"... and then it's some much smaller thing: clickbait basically.

 

However, despite all of this. I'd much much rather see Trump lose this election, not because I like the democrats, but because I think the republicans need to rebuild. They need a wake up call. They're too far right at the moment and the only thing keeping them in contention right now are the extra voters they get just because its Trump.

 

But, like I said, I think that's going to happen. Think of it this way: 2020 showed that Biden can beat Trump. Biden's not popular but he still won. This means there are that many people in the states who hate Trump, and this was 2020. This was before he started crying spilled milk about the 2020 election. This was before Jan 6. This was before all of the court cases. This is before roe vs wade. Because of all of these events, there's objectively going to be more people now against Trump than there was in 2020 if we just look at recent events.

 

Even in the primaries, Trump was not exactly showing that republicans are all united with Trump. Instead, we're seeing the opposite. Meanwhile, Biden was getting 90%+ votes in the Democrat primaries.

 

And sure, there's 2016 when people were expecting Clinton to win; however, the fact that constantly gets brought up means that people are constantly getting reminded of it. This means that's likely to have the opposite effect and will likely make people get out and vote.

 

Now, obviously there's also the polling, but I've openly stated here that I believe polls are just for the media to get clicks with. Hopefully though, you see I'm not speaking of things out my butt.

Honestly I'm not that knowledgeable with how politics are ran.. But as an average citizen 2 things about politics really frustrate me.

 

1. Lying & Deceiving the people. It is for sure happening on both sides. Theres no denying that.. But to me the extreme lengths the democrats have gone to paint the picture of Trump as a dictator is gone way too far. Couple that with an assassination attempt, followed by more of the rhetoric, and then a 2nd assassination attempt.. They should have learned after the first one. Seemed like they did with their speeches, but Kamala was back at that dictator rhetoric on the debate stage just days before the 2nd attempt. Add to that the very suspicious lack of skill from the SS your "average" person looking at it has many alarm bells going off. I'm sure people will twist it into I'm just being a big conspiracy guy, but I cannot stress enough how much I push back on almost every conspiracy theory I hear (99% of them are silly imo).. Point I'm making is from your average viewers eye things look very suspicious and imo could be the reason Trump wins. They tried to hard to push people against Trump, and the people are seeing it as a battle against "corruption".. Maybe not the best wording, but the best I can explain it

 

2. Warfare.. I cannot tell you how much my blood boils knowing innocent people go out and risk their lives for these crooked f***s that lead our countries. When you have wars in Europe that could very realistically erupt into a WW3 things need to be taking very serious in my eyes. To me I see 1 side constantly pushing to try and make peace (I don't buy all that Putin loving crap in the slightest), and the other side I see absolutely 0 interest from in wanting to end the war. If Kamala gets in the world's hands will very likely rest on either Putin being sane when backed into a corner, or the Russians ability to overthrow him. I have next to no faith in either happening.. And even if I did have a little faith.. Is it really worth the gamble?

 

For those reasons the obvious choice to me is Trump. We can argue policies and all that crap all day.. But what good are policies when there could be an all out nuclear war. And no that is not me trying to push fear.. To me its a very real threat that people really need to start taking serious. For everyone. Not just us

I didn't want to engage with you but time to reason with you a bit.

 

First of all Trump own words is dictator on day one. Blame Trump for giving the ammo not to mention him saying he will jail anyone that is against him recently. He is his own worst enemy on that front. 

 

Second, Trump signed schedule F executive order in the last days of his presidency which give him broad authority over the termination of your everyday civil servants that are not part of the usual rotation when a new administration come in. Biden got rid of it on day one if not the first few weeks of his presidency. You would 100% expect him to reimplement that eo. With that authority it essentially allow Trump to put in place loyalist across all of US gonvernment administration giving him near dictatorial power as far a regulatory decisions are concerned. 

 

With how vague laws are passed in congress, having hand pick loyalist rather than experienced experts determining the exact application of bills congress pass is very powerful. Ironically the scotus cheveron ruling may actually keep Trump in check if Dem takes control of congress at least till the midterms. 

 

Now would Trump declare himself God king and refuse to leave after his second term? Probably not seeing his age and obvious mental decline. So I'll give you that.

 

Now to ww3.

 

I presume you know the appeasement deal Chamberlin made with Hitler guaranteeing no war in his lifetime. Well we all know how that turned out. Capitulating to Putin right now is not the smart move if you want to stop ww3. Right now Putin is caught with his pants down with the now obvious corruption with his army and is too preoccupied with running a war to regroup and reorganize. Capitalizing Ukraine to Putin now is only going to give him time and resources to strengthen his army to an actual capable fighting force. He will invade Ukraine again and this time it won't be a laughing stock and when that time come, it won't be as simple as sending Ukraine weapons. 

 

It is better right now to have Ukraine slowly choke Russia's ability to wage war and have internal politics take care of Putin than to be put into a position where NATO may have to actually confront a reformed Russian army that would spark ww3. 

 

China ain't gonna invade Taiwan especially with their economy right now so that ain't a tinder box. China vs India is probably the bigger and more unpredictable one imho. 

 

The real tenderbox is the middle east with Iran and Israel and Trump's winning may actually light that one up with his unconditional support of Israel. He played a part in us being in this situation today by moving the embassy and acknowledging Jerusalem as Israel's that further enraged Palestine and their Iranian backers. Now Biden and Harris ain't saints on this front either but at least they are trying rather than throwing fuel into the fire.

I do respect that you try, illogical word salads that they are, but at least you provide something to parse through. 

 

I don't know, they let Trump speak much longer and always allowed him the last word, especially as he refused to follow the time limits. That's usually a big advantage..if the person you're giving extra time to is using it effectively. They also only fact checked him 3 times? And Harris once? Given that the lies were mostly provided by Trump and just a few by Harris, that's about what I'd expect. 

 

They could've fact checked Harris 2-3 more times and Trump about 15-20 but who wants to see that. I know you'll argue against this and if you do, i can provide a long list of Trump's lies.

That's a good point. He repeats the same lies so often, they become very easy to fact check.
