I give management c+.

We treaded water at best.

Like the depth signings but it hurts that no needle movers were signed.

As always, this management is great with depth but kinda lackluster when it come to top talent.

I dunno about yall but I would like to resign Desmith for another year. Given Demko is injury prone, it would be good to have desmith silovs rather than silovs and some AHL misnomer for half the season in a worst case scenario

I think this is the year that Demko CAN NOT GET INJURED.

I actually thought he should be used for a Trade ( or partial) to the Habs to try and get Demidov at the Draft.

If this year is faulty for Demko ,  we will lose substantial value in him.

We have gaping holes on defence, with minimal cap space..

That is the most concerning thing. Myers as number 2 is scary enough but Forbort-Juulsen next over the board it gets really scary.
Guess Q can play 30 a night to make it work.
PA will add more to the D at some point. Pretty sure about that.

I think we’re gonna make a trade.

I like the depth additions but we still need that high end skill in the top 6.

I could see is parting with a top prospect for a guy on an ELC.

Goodbye Lekki our sweet prince.

Hoglander + 3rd for a legit top 4 Dman

Myers moves to the 3rd pairing.

We win the fucking cup

We're far from done this summer, there will be other changes but not likely moving a contract like Hoglander. You need those guys at lower end contracts to balance your lineup. Would be far more likely to trade Garland.

Regular season won't be quite as good but they are positioned to be good in the playoffs again, DeBrusk is a good player that shows up in the post-season.

Gotta get there first and, as of now, I think they're a bubble team

I think it's going to be a step back year for Van.........its going to have to be a year without a slump to get to the post season

Maybe, but our forwards are already better than they were after the trade deadline last year. Lindholm greatly underperformed for us. Debrusk + Heinen add a lot more offense than he gave us.

Remains to be seen how they spend the last 3.8m. Hopefully a good puck moving 2nd pair RD.
