[Signing] Canucks Re-Sign Filip Hronek (8 years x $7.25 Million)

Recommended Posts

Another tidy piece of business from this management group. 6.5 was never going to happen so anyone holding onto that dream was out to lunch. This is less than a million more... he's 26 so this is basically his entire prime career.

Also I don't believe he could have a NMC until next year based on his age so they still have a year to evaluate and move him if they want change things up or re allocate cap, and as long as he doesn't shit the bed this year that contract would be movable.

Now grab Zadorov for just under 5 with some term ... use a pick to trade Mik AND poolmans 2.5... and work on that forward group.

Good job PA

Not more than QH. Now QH has a partner for long term.

Definitely the first domino towards building the D. Myers, Z....let's wait and see.

This is entirely how I see it. QH has a partner that he knows.

He’s only getting 1.25M more than Myers last contract. I think we will survive.

All cup contenders have some good discounts/ value contracts.

not sure we have any besides miller/ hughes

He is Vancouver's top pairing right handed defenseman, when was this not the case ?

Riding with hughes sure but he looked lost without him and definitely couldn't carry his own pairing.
Didn't do much in playoffs either
