Rip The Mesh
The team unveiled its six-game exhibition slate on Friday afternoon and it features home-and-home matchups with the Kraken, Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames. They’ll host the Flames at the Abbotsford Centre on Sept. 25. This is the fourth straight season they are having a pre-season game in Abbotsford, which is home to Vancouver’s AHL Abbotsford Canucks farm team. The Canucks’ final pre-season game goes Oct. 4 at Rogers Arena, with the Oilers providing the opposition. Ticket information for all home pre-season games will be announced at a later date. 2024-25 CANUCKS PRE-SEASON GAME SCHEDULE Sept. 24 — Vancouver Canucks vs. Seattle Kraken at Rogers Arena Sept. 25 — Vancouver Canucks vs. Calgary Flames at Abbotsford Centre Sept. 27 — Vancouver Canucks at Seattle Kraken at Climate Pledge Arena Sept. 28 — Vancouver Canucks at Calgary Flames at Scotiabank Saddledome Sept. 30 — Vancouver Canucks at Edmonton Oilers at Rogers Place Oct. 4 — Vancouver Canucks vs. Edmonton Oilers at Rogers Arena how ironic

Curmudgeon
Living out in the Valley, the Abbotsford game looks appealing, but because it is so early in the training camp period, I suspect we would see a lot of guys who will likely end up in Abbotsford and maybe only a few of the NHL Canucks. Not saying this is a Messi situation, where people buy tickets with the expectation of seeing Petey, Hughes, Demko, Hronek and Miller when it is more likely they's see Bains, Raty, Silovs, McWard and Lekkerimaki, but I could be wrong. But I doubt it.
