Hockey star Vladimir Tarasenko is really moving and shaking in South Florida these days, and we’re not talking about his action on the ice.

The Florida Panthers right wing, who helped his team snag its first Stanley Cup on Monday night, just made some major real estate deals.

The 32-year-old Russian has been on a spending spree, buying not just one, but two, properties in both the 954 and 305.

First up: Tarasenko paid $5 million for a waterfront spec house in Fort Lauderdale, not far from the Panthers’ new training facility at the War Memorial downtown. The two-story beauty has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, more than enough room for his family, which includes two sons and a stepson from wife Yana.

“Stunning new construction modern masterpiece in Rio Vista!” reads the Zillow description of the home, which has such perks as a private elevator, chef’s kitchen, smart technology, heated saltwater pool, plus a dock.”

The ex-New York Ranger, who is slated to become a free agent on Monday, wasn’t done there. He also dropped around another mil on a one bedroom apartment at the 67-story Mercedes Benz Places in Brickell, to be completed in 2027. The deal was brokered by “Owning Manhattan” star Ryan Serhant’s team at SERHANT.

It’s unclear whether Tarasenko wants to use this unit as a crash pad for when he’s in Miami and doesn’t want to deal with the 45 minute (plus) drive, or bought it as an investment.

Regardless, the units at the cube-shaped towerare stunning, masterminded by the folks from the German luxury car manufacturer. Tarasenko can expect basically state of the art everything.

The Cats acquired the NHL vet in March from the Ottawa Senators in a push for the Cup.

“Vladimir is a highly skilled and experienced scoring winger who provides our club with another dynamic offensive option as we embark on the remainder of our season,” said Panthers GM Bill Zito at the time.
