There is a lot of anecdotal stories here which somehow magically puts you at the centre of every aspect of the rallies today suggesting it is rampant and everywhere.

But what are children needing to be left alone from?  That is my outstanding question.

My daughter has been a full time EA in VSB for 5 years while she does her teaching degree online.  She works at brittania and I doubt any of these sh!turds would dare poke their heads in that school

Mine works at a small neighborhood elementary school. I wouldn't expect any of these bigots to show up there, but if they did, I would not be happy about it.

 

The school is only a few blocks from where we live, so she walks to and from. That would leave her exposed to the abuse, if any of these MFs showed up.

The thing about the far right that is so scary and weirdly admirable is how organized, focused and disciplined they are.  The "leaders" stay on message and the cult members, like this guy", parrot it exactly.

When I was in school I never knew whether any of my teachers were married single gay straight vegan or anything... I knew that they were my English teacher or French teacher etc.

My kids are in school.  They know their teachers are mr or mrs.  they are english or french period.

 

Kids need to know who they are and should be free to experience life as they want.  Nothing more.  Kids need to know about basic parts and how they work nothing more.  But, parents like those at the SOGI are shoving this in the face of kids and screaming it's bad.  It's wrong.  What do kids then turn around and do after learning that anyone their age who is even slightly different is the proverbial problem?  Bullying.  Violence.  Ostracization.

 

My kids are learning or have learned that different things are just that.  Different.  not good; not bad and that if they have questions they can get answers.  This is not a bad thing.  When my kid asked me about something mechanical, I sure didn't BS them I showed them a buddy who is a mechanic and he explained it.  The idea that someone who has experienced this speaking to kids being bad is like telling your kids that being interested in cooking is wrong and having a chef explain anything to them is bad.

 

Why do what weirdos want an audience of children?  Educators?  it's what they do.  Unless you mean the individuals who are screaming about dicks and vaginas in the face of grade school aged kids and then trying to force the idea that anyone unsure about their lot in life is the enemy and weird and as such different and needing to be singled out.  Because if you mean those weirdos who are fixated on the genitals of children; I absolutely agree because that is frigging weird.

 

When you call anyone like that a weirdo, you're playing your hand.  That may not make you a bigot but it sure kind of singles out how you view anyone who is "different" in those lines and as such is sure as hell not someone who should be explaining things to kids because of that inherent bias.  Which is why educators are needed.  

 

I have two daughters.  I actually had an oldest who thought she was gay at age 15.  Wore jeans baggy hoodies and decided to identify as them/they.  Her "partner" decided to go from being a Katrina to an Oz.  I found binding tape in her bathroom.  I could have flown off of the damned handle and freaked out.  I could have called her a weirdo and a freak and thrown the binding tape in her face.  Instead I opted to do nothing of the sort and not mention I found the tape.  Instead I asked a few questions and drove by a place in my city that dealt with kids who had questions about that and made note of it.  two days later she made an appointment with me and her and she went and spoke to a professional who knew about these issues in young adults/teens.

 

Now she is notably a Mykayla.  Recognizes boys, worries about her hair and how she looks.  Doesn't wear the same ratty t-shirt 4 days a week or act morose and weird.  I have my little girl who is quite obviously a little woman dealing with teenage girl crap and all it took was me not calling her a weirdo and being a mature adult about things instead of acting like an immature unbending douche bag who made her feel disgusting and strange for having questions about who she was.

 

It's amazing what kids are capable of.  The only thing more amazing is how f**king stupid their adults can be when faced with treating kids like they know what they are talking about who then decide they know better and call them weirdos for asking questions and wanting answers.

 

So ya mate.  I'd say I know a few things about this with 2 teenage daughters one of which has sort of gone down that road.  The real issue is how adults are flying off the handle who think educators and kids fumbling their way through this are weirdos and gross.  Who need to stand in front of schools screaming about kids genitals and pretending they are in fact protecting kids when the reality is they are making kids to feel awkward and weird and then singling those kids who are unsure out in their peer groups.

 

But then hey, you are at the centre of all of this based on your statements are are totally the victim but not a victim and just don't know why these educators need to have an audience of youth while standing in support of adults standing on soapboxes screaming obscenities at kids and educators.

So google stuff.....but don't learn it in school from people literally trained to educate kids?

 

Pornhub is fine, go ahead and learn about how many of what can fit in your step moms rectum it's ok.  But do not learn it from educators.

Tell that to the 40 or do teachers who were sent death threats in my district last year for teaching something they don't even teach.

 

You don't work in schools, you don't spend your days in schools, so you don't know what happens at school.  You are misinformed and your ignorance is dangerous, hateful and harmful.
