These must be set no later than October 4th 9:00am pst. Some teams will need to make some roster moves in a small window after freeze ends to meet minimum requirements. Teams that dont need to make roster moves can set opening night rosters during roster freeze. If opening night rosters aren't set the penalty is as follows... "NOTE 1: You must post an official lineup in the thread prior to the start of the season. Failure to do so can lead to harsh penalties. For every day late you will be deducted 50pts and charged with a penalty level of 2."
