 The Toronto Maple Leafs have CLAIMED  Winnipeg's waived player Urho Vaakanainen

TML were 4th in the waiver wire claim order, however there was another competing claim from Florida. TML drop to 32nd on the waiver order until reset on Nov 1st.

Seattle Kraken  Budget:

Player Relations Department - 35 Million

Player Development - 0 Million

Medical/Training Facility - 35 Million

Minors Budget - 20 Million

Scouting Department - 10 Million

@PistolPete13

There is no benefit level of 35M in Medical/Training.... I highly recommend you take the extra 5m out and set it at 30m for 3 IR slots at Day To Day levels or more.

Possibly 5m for PR...not enough for Player Development level of 10m, or add to your minors budget as it is not enough to affect Scouting.

Posted roster a few posts up and tagged you

You wouldn't meet minimum roster requirements so it doesn't count as an official opening lineup. You need to make the necessary roster moves when the roster freeze is lifted on October 3rd 12:00pm pst and then announce your lineup.

Gator asked for lines, not just lineup for NYR;

     Stamkos / Cooley / Kane                                       Makar  /   Faber                                Spencer Knight

     Olofsson / Rossi / Necas                                    Jokiharju  /  Clarke                             Justus  Annunen

     Lee / Poitras / Martinook                                  Rutta   /  Gudbranson

Hoglander / Johnson / Atkinson                                       Luneau

         Kupari / Dellandrea

Love our defensive 3rd line.

Is it okay to edit my original post?

3.6 No Trade/No Movement Clauses

A player must be 27 or older to be eligible for a NTC or NMC.

NTC: Player Submits a list of 10 teams they will accept a trade to on July 1st. Player will re-evaluate and submit a new list on January 1st. These players can be traded to teams both on and off of their lists. However trading them to a team off their list will be more consequential. See section 5 for more details on penalties.

NMC: Player submits a list of 5 teams they will accept a trade to on July 1st. Player will re-evaluate and submit a new list on January 1st. These Players can only be traded to teams on their list, and if they do get traded you will be hit with a penalty (see section 5)

5.1 Team Morale

Team Morale uses a formula to calculate how liked you are by other players. The higher you are in the team morale rankings, the more attractive your franchise is to players. The higher you are on the list the more likely you are to get players to lock up long term. Maybe they'll even take less money to join your team over another. However, if you're on the low end of the morale scale players will likely not be intrigued to lock up long term deals with you, and you may have a hard time extending pending UFAs, and will also find yourself needing to overpay a lot more than others during free agency to land your targets.

Being high and low on the morale scale both comes with its benefits and downfalls though. When you're high on the morale scale it's unlikely players will be willing to waive their clauses leading up to the TDL. On the flip side, if you're low in the morale rankings it is much more likely to have players be willing to waive their clauses to go to a better destination.

Rule change passed so "3.7" has been removed from the CBA, and I made changes to both the wording of "3.6", and some of the penalties.

Also changed 5.1 to try and better explain how team morale is going to work. That will be in use starting January 1st. Until the all extension talks are being held off.

Any questions feel free to ask. Cheers 🍻

These roster moves could not be made as we are currently in a roster freeze until the big waive ends. Roster freeze will be lifted on October 3rd 12:00pm pst

Okay so this sucks - Tomasino was up on my main roster in Fantrax so I thought he was up when I posted him on my opening night roster.

Now he’s going on waivers in the main purge? I don’t think that’s fair.

After discussing with the exec group it has been decided to allow these moves to happen despite them being made after the freeze was in place.

Admittedly things are still a little chaotic trying to get completely caught up, but we're just about there and things will be running much smoother once the season kicks off in a couple days.

I will update these moves shortly @arby18 & @Dion Phaneuf

Great call, Boss!
