We've already bought him a seasons pass to Vale despite our no skiing policy, and will be sending him a weekly edible arrangement in attempts to woo him into a contract extension next year. It hurt to move Lysell and Barron out, they will be stars, but with our core led by Pasta and Draisatl, and Ingram really stepping out this year, we felt like we had to make a big move. Letting go of a solid playoff contributor in Bennett was tough, but we felt this season we are unlikely to be able to make an impact and should look to retooling towards a push next year. Would look to make hockey trades with any of our D men and Goalies, and sell off some depth pieces for younger players.
