Tough season for us with Kakko taking a huge step back and Chytil missing the year. Seemed like a good option to retool and bring in some draft capital.

Thank you @Nail

We have a trade to announce...

To PIT - Karel Vejmelka, Bryce McConnell-Barker, VAN 2024 4th Round Pick, ARZ 2024 4th Round Pick
To SJS - Logan Thompson

Not quite the blockbuster our last trade was but we're thrilled to add Logan Thompson at a pretty reasonable cost. We believe it's a perfect fit for us both short and long-term. Short-term he's a guy we think could have a realistic chance to play playoff games for us this year. Longer term we'd like to re-sign him to back up Bobrovsky for the next couple years before potentially taking over the starting role.

Artturi Lehkonen - Sidney Crosby - Mark Stone

Trent Frederic - Anze Kopitar - Matt Duchene

Warren Foegele - Ross Colton - Jordan Martinook

Jimmy Vesey - Michael Amadio - Christian Fischer

Michael McCarron

Devon Toews - Erik Karlsson

Victor Hedman - Erik Gustafsson

Darren Raddysh - Alexandre Carrier

Calvin De Haan

Sergei Bobrovsky

Logan Thompson

Colorado wishes Jordan Greenway all the best in his future endeavors, and hope he enjoyed the ride to the airport.

Cataford is a very talented player, and we won't be surprised if he is an NHL regular at some point. We wish him well.

Very happy to add both Blake Colman and Ilya Lyubushkin to our group. We'll take the risk of giving up our 1st if Coleman finds his way to the playoffs.

When we took over, this roster had an excellent top end, a lack of depth, and a lot of draft capital. We have spent most of that draft capital, largely because we don't have a scouting department, but also because we've got guys like Pastrnak, Draisatl, and Reinhart and it would be a shame not to go all in. We're fairly pleased with how we've been able to round out the line up while also clearing up some cap space for next season. Still looking to upgrade goaltending and maybe move a few more guys out, but happy to go into playoffs as is.

Summary of our moves so far

In
Sam Reinhart
Blake Coleman
Ilya Lyubushkin
Mason Lohrei
Martin Jones
Ryan Poehling
Zach Bogosian
Connor Murphy

Out
Jordan Greenway
Fabian Lysell
Justin Barron
Adam Erne
Mathieu Cataford
Conditional 2024 COL 1st
2024 CAR 1st
2025 COL 1st
2024 COL 2nd
2024 COL 3rd
2024 COL 4th
Conditional 2025 COL 4th

The Washington Capitals have completed a number of transactions in the last couple of weeks and we just wanted to update our fans with their revised lineup as we make our playoff push.                                         Evgenii Dadonov - Mason Appleton - Carl Grundstrom

                                                        Nathan Bastian Tommy Novak

As we are inching closer to the TDL, the Vancouver Canucks are in an uncertain position to make the playoffs as the Pacific/West is becoming too strong to gain any ground. We will start exploring moving playoff pieces.

We will listen to offers on the following:

Jonathan Drouin

Zach Parise

Brock Nelson

Cam Atkinson

Vladislav Namestnikov

Andrew Copp

Nils Aman

Joel Kiviranta

Hudson Fasching

Sean Walker

Neal Pionk

Jeff Petry

Sebastian Aho

Simon Benoit

Antti Raanta

Very unlikely to move Jason Robertson, Aleksander Barkov and Juuse Saros, but if anyone wants to throw out an intriguing offer, I'd listen.
