Alcaraz is gonna be super tough to beat

His reward for beating Medvedev and Ruud is getting Alcaraz and then probably Djokavic…

If he wins gold he will have thoroughly earned it. Talk about a murderers row of tennis players.

Getting a medal would be a great accomplishment.

so an Italian women's boxer withdrew from her match which was against a genetic male identifying as female.

She should have taken the foul and punched way below the belt.

Totally unfair competition.

You couldn't be more wrong, but don't let facts get in the way of your ignorance

XY = Male

XX = Female

Fighter in question was born XY.... this might be hard for you to understand but that means they were born male

For the kids at the back of the bus

Born in Algeria.  Lives in Algeria.  CANNOT change gender that was assigned at birth.  Born female.

There are genetic disorders that individuals can have all female reproductive organs, but have XY chromosomes.  That is what occurred in this case.

In NO WAY WAS THIS PERSON A MALE AT BIRTH WHO LATER TRANSITIONED INTO A FEMALE IN ORDER TO DOMINATE WOMEN'S SPORT.

This is her SECOND olympics.

Her record is 14 fights

9 wins and 5 losses

Dows she just have the one more event?

She's in the Women's 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay coming up shortly (1pm).

On Friday, she's in the Women's 200m Individual Medley.

Swyer syndrome.

I leave it to the professionals to determine who is eligible for what. Their games, their rules.

when the tweet source is this radical I have a hard time caring about the content. It would be nice if we could discuss this without the wild swings one way or another.

Yah didn't even need the source; All you need to do is look at the tape just before the match was to start. In my books, you don't pit women vs men.

She was born with female genitalia, born with female on her birth certificate, raised as female, identify as female, but sadly have Swyer syndrome.

So how are you gonna deal with that? Ban her from any competition? If this edge case is good enough for the boxing federation to allow her to compete in the female class than it is good enough for me. It is their competition. Good enough for them, good enough for me.

Against a literal woman born as a woman who produces more testostoerone than the average male whining on social media who all of a sudden gives a shit about womens sports.

Not suspicious posting at all
