Toccfather Posted August 19 Share Posted August 19 As Training Camp approaches, who do you suggest we should give a PTO to? 2 players come to mind for me. 1. Milan Lucic - the legal battle has been dropped by his wife after he was arrested in Boston last November for assault and battery, plead not guilty, and charges were dropped in February when his wife invoked marital privilege and declined to testify. Would have to be reinstated by Bettman. I think he brings something we don't necessarily have. A big intimidating player, that can hit, fight and still chip in 20 points a season. He is not a good skater, but he's good along the walls and in front of the net. Would be nice for the 4th line. 2. Justin Schultz - he is one year removed from 34 point season. Did not have a very good year last season. He has won a cup while Tocchet was with Pittsburgh, so there is some familiarity. An improvement on Juulsen for sure.
