No thanks. What if I told you. It was always good to have De Smith. IMO as much as Silovs showed well. Silovs still has 1 more year before waivers kick in. You want him playing games. Demko has 1 full season under his belt. GP So you can probably bet you will need 3 goalies. Silovs will still get NHL games. At a mill no clauses x3 De Smith makes it 7m aav on goalies. That's a bargain. With Silovs coming up to either backup or start when Demko needs RNR. If down the road you waive De Smith and he clears we bury all the cap and have a wicked vet ahl goalie. I thought De Smith performed very well. 4gaa in his 2 playoff games. Did well in the reg season too. He was 27th in GAA for goalies that played over 25 games. I thinkif they go out and get Lankinen.
