I don’t think any of the young D stay up unfortunately. I know Forbort has looked meh but I think it’ll be hard to supplant him, Juulsen, and Friedman to get that 6th spot. I hope Lekk stays and is given at least a game. Having Blueger and Joshua out is obviously crappy, but it’s nice it opens two slots for guys that could use a look. I’m really high on Raty and wonder if he can play this year. We could use a center that can win draws, especially as Suter has struggled to do that.

The time there can't hurt him and I think they will give Sprong a shot. If we end up not re-signing Boeser we might need both Spring and JL to make up the goal scoring. They could start Raty as 3C until Teddy is ready, then shuffle things around, maybe Karlsson ends up as 13F. I think Sprong starts with the big club, but so does Lekkerimaki. IMHAO Tocchet will prefer Lekkerimaki because of the player’s commitment to playing the right way. Lekkerimaki plays, without the puck, very much like Marner. Smaller guy who is super smart and very good with positioning and their stick.
