ya he was fiesty and was in alot of scrums vs his old teamates 🙂 good to see

Exactly! Dryercycle and McBaby Whiner cheat the game to get offence. And that includes bad D zone coverage. He’s trying to get a turnover so he can quickly transition the puck to offence. These two guys do this all the time. It’s why they are both average (at best) when playing 5 on 5.

Not sure if other people have picked up on this but EP will always finish a check on Nurse if it’s there.  This goes back a couple of seasons.

yup... those two if they didnt start in the ozone like 85% of the time would have pedestrian +/-

McWhiner and Crysaital are never gonna be selke winners... but at least they can run a PP? that's something right? 😆

Agreed:  they look really dialed into the system and are playing quick-up N-S hockey.  Our 3rd and 4th lines are going to feast on their opposite numbers this year.  Sherwood, Hoglander and Garland are going to agitate other teams out of their minds.  If the skill guys can produce at anything close to last year's level, we're going to be a handful.

plus there is no way that a 'good' goalie would let that one in. 9/10 times that's an easy save. No one in front and only a wrist shot.
