That's a huge population and we need to differentiate between them and the prolific offenders. May those boys be rehabilitated so that their actions can cause them stomach churning shame. They aren't the same population. This was a serious, violent, and very likely premeditated crime. They lured this girl up to their hotel room - by lying and saying that Siciliano would not be there - and attacked her. Drunk or not, they clearly conspired together to commit this crime.
