What’s for dinner/cooking?

I'm gonna make some breakfast for dinner for the game tonight. I'm thinking of breakfast grilled cheese sandwiches- brie cheese, bacon, green apple, fried egg, and ?? on sourdough. I'm thinking maybe hot honey or jalapeno jelly, something like that?

Any suggestions?

Going to make chicken and shrimp fried rice again tonight. Had it on the brain for a few days. And, because I'm in a sharing mood, my secret it 2 boxes of rice a roni fried rice and just add to it.

Kind of a lazy dinner, my back is bugging me. So I made a box of frozen mandarin orange chicken, veggie spring rolls, and left over fried rice. I wanted dinner and clean up to be done before puck drop.

I've always said I wouldn't cook for my dog. Yet here I am, I smoked and baked a pork rind for my dog.

Glancing at this I initially missed the "for" in your first sentence.  :classic_ohmy:

Jesus!!!! I could see that being an issue. But yeah, I smoked and baked a rind for her. She loved it.

Ordered from the Lotus yesterday. Their portions are massive (the container's the size of a damn shoe box). So having the leftovers today.

Also making some ham and split pea soup for work tomorrow.

Thawed out some ground beef. Not sure what I'm going to do with it though. Might make meatball sandwiches, or meat loaf, or spaghetti and meatballs........... Clearly I've got some thinking to do.
