gwarrior
It's gonna be leftover jambalaya. I was VERY surprised how good it was, given it was out of a box, think I might have a new go too.
runningback33
I had a Subway veggie Delite today, not sure what I’m having for dinner yet..
gwarrior
No idea what I'm gonna do for dinner tonight. Don't really feel like cooking. I want something easy. So either pierogies or a frozen pizza.
Popular Post -dlc-
My neighbours brought me this plate of food the other night (they were having a party). I ate about 1/4 of it (but it was delicious) Last night went with the fam to Britannia Brewing and sat on the patio. This salad was good and refreshing on a hot night....but they were out of ravioli, out of ingredients for the power bowl, etc. So very limited options and it was about to be strike three. They charge $16 plus tax/tip but let's be real here...I could make this at home for $2.50. I get it, that's just how it is these days and McD's is almost up there so it's not expensive by normal standards. It's about the experience and the company I was with and that makes it priceless. Most go there for patio drinks anyhow, I get that part. But, as I face joblessness I have to start counting my pennies (I always treat my kids when we go out). I do like to support local businesses and will whenever I can. 4
-dlc-
And as I see my post up there ^^^ I'm singing that old (Sesame Street I think?) song...."One of these things is not like the other"... 1

I hate breakfast food first thing when I get up (unless it's bacon and eggs stuff). I like spaghetti for breakfast...leftovers, something substantial (I don't eat breakfast but more a brunch deal). At dinner time (especially in the summer heat) I love cereal for dinner. I have it quite often. Makes sense to me!

I used to not care, but I need something even if it's toast or cereal or oatmeal to start the day. And COFFEE. I gotta say cold pizza, depending on where you get it from is fantastic for breakfast. Yeah Pasta for breakfast is a bit much. Bacon or sausage and eggs yes. But each to their own. 1

Lasagna or spaghetti...double check I HAVE to have a morning coffee or two but that's it. I can't think of eating until 3 or 4 hours after I get up. I also mostly do yogurt at night instead of morning too. Love plain non fat yogurt with walnuts, berries, chia seeds and maple syrup.
