  1. 1. What Should Management do with the Flying Giraffe

    • Weld him up inside the nearest locker until the season ends
      4
    • Trade him for a dented spit bucket if you have do, just get rid of him
      15
    • Play him in sheltered minutes until the TDL and then flog him off for what may come
      52
    • Send him down to the ECHL / AHL and at least have a bit of cap space and bring up Hirose (or some other likely candidate) for the duration of the season

I don't think Myers saw a shift after the 2nd Florida Goal.

I don't care how raw he is, I'd rather see McWard than Myers. Let the kid play up here. He is way more solid than Myers.

He played 2 minutes in the 3rd. Lol Tocchet clearly sick of his shit.

Wow, excellent resiliency! Previous Canucks teams would have folded their tents after that third Florida goal.

My thoughts, for what it's worth, the third line with Garland, Beau, and Studnika was visible for good things: quick, disruptive, hard on the puck and the forecheck. They had some chances, they looked dangerous. The special teams were special. Besides the EN goal, Brocked looked like last year's model; he had an off-game. Right after I think the Canucks need to get Pods up to speed to replace PDG, PDG grabs his lunch box and goes to work on OEL and another Panther to steal the puck and set up Kuz; what patience and finish! I thought Petey's line looked good, driven by Kuz, who had his best game of the season. Mik looked understandably rusty and tentative. It'll take at least 15 or 20 games before he trusts the knee enough to play with the abandon he did before the injury. QH was great; I think this was his best of the year. This was an ebb-and-flow game against a cup finalist. They played great, and did a great job shutting down Turtle Tkachuk.

Overall, it is a very entertaining game
