What Should Management do with the Flying Giraffe

    • Weld him up inside the nearest locker until the season ends

    • Trade him for a dented spit bucket if you have do, just get rid of him

    • Play him in sheltered minutes until the TDL and then flog him off for what may come

    • Send him down to the ECHL / AHL and at least have a bit of cap space and bring up Hirose (or some other likely candidate) for the duration of the season

Hoglander has one of his best games and still gets scratched. That’s not accountability.

 

Garland or Beau should be out. Hell even Kuzmenko, Joshua and PDG need to bring a lot more.

He must be doing some things on the ice that the coaching staff doesn't like (as he seemed to get the same treatment from our past coach).  I have no idea what that could be though.

Yea I guess but I didn’t see him do anything that directly led to goals like some other players.

 

He also was one of the few forwards forechecking hard and bringing energy.

Wouldn't shock me if they bring yet another 4th liner. Hoglander may not clear waivers if they demote him.

 

I'd predicting hughes gets a goal, maybe 2 but still not seeing a win, maybe an OTL

Garland was great against Tampa, Petey and Kuzmenko were passengers. 

 

Edit: agreed on Hoglander though, he doesn't deserve to sit.

I agree (which is why I said I have no idea what the coaching staff sees but I'm just an 'armchair quarterback' so maybe its an undisclosed injury; hockey seems to be super-secretive about those things).
