I’m not sure if those thing still around to this day… I remember seeing old farts blow their nose or wipe their face in those before. There definitely was a different standard of hygiene back then. As for blowdryer style installments, I used to think they were cool, but now I think they are harbingers of filth and disease - the air it captures is from around the area, so all the aerosols from flushing toilets or flu-infested breaths get forced onto one's hands and recirculated (hard) into the area.
