Tonight's theme is weird start times.

You know after the introductions of the team, staff, cousins, grandparents, kindergarten teachers followed by a look back at the past 10 years and then the anthems, it'll really be a 7:00 start.

Seriously, Deb, you would make a great sports writer. You’ve got a talent.

They brought up an interesting stat - in 40 games under Tocchet, JTM is at 100pt pace, and +13, playing a matchup role.

JT is a beast, and we kept the right 2C.

Horvat was good but when going got tough was soft as butter...

JT got mad passion Sometimes he pisses me off ...tantrums n whatnot but he's all heart. Definitely kept the right guy!!

Post-games on SN650 are awesome, not sure about pre-games.

I usually play the SN650 post games via podcast while reading the PGT. The pregame is Sat and Ricc, and seems similar. Past game analysis, some scouting on the Preds, and responding to call ins/texts next

FWIW there was never any proof that the Canucks had a locker room cancer.  It was pure speculation coming from a radio analyst that took a life of it's own.

The Canucks needed to move on from a few big contracts and moving Horvat indirectly resulted in improving the team.  In hindsight, it certainly looks like they kept the better player
