A few weeks ago in the Premier League, Liverpool lost a game due to a blatant bad call by the video review judges and the ref. The EPL suspended those judges and ref for 2 weeks to hold them accountable. The NHL doesn't hold their refs accountable at all, and back them 100%, which is not a recipe for success.
