I feel he was the most dangerous player for Sweden in the game. Yea there was a hatrick but Lek was ripping pucks and dishing beautiful feeds all game. Easily could have had a 4 point game.

He looks like a man playing against boys out there.  However, tomorrow is a different animal and he's going to have much less time and space.

Still, great tourney for him so far

Really good game by Lek. He's really shifty and pushes the paces offensively. He was quite the playmaker tonight. Really like his aggressive pursuit of the puck and always looking to create something. Very impressed with him so far this tournament

A solid two way game as well.  For all the hand wringing over his play in last years tournament, he was good enough, defensively, to be on the checking line.

Just goes to show too that, just because a prospect doesn't start with certain skills, it doesn't mean he can't develop them. A lot of people seem to want to panic at a lack of skills, but that's why they're a prospect to begin with.

They (TSN) just said he had 12 shot attempts against Germany alone.

On their website they have only credited him with 5 shots 2g and one cross bar we have seen. Has he really only hit the net 2 other times?

When the puck comes off his stick it really pops and managing 12 shot attempts against that singy team credit Germany defended well. It seems like he's getting chances but 5 shots only that can't be right? 2 goals a crossbar and 2 saves?

How he didn't score on the ovie one timer is beyond me.

Hughes up top, Petey on one side and Lek on the other.  Yikes

He will be a weapon on the PP for sure. If he can reign in his accuracy he will beat NHL goalies with his release. We may also need to make arena upgrades.

3 saves. Crossbar doesn’t count as a shot. But he was missing the net a bunch early on in the game.

All three are impact players though.

Lots of teams with long shot 6th and 7th round picks.

Quality>>>Quantity

you can say this about 100X. Thats why you lock up your elite talent when you can or as long as you can. Well, unless you're Benning.

Looks like he's been working at his 200ft game aswell, not just a one trick scorer.

He showed that last year, as he was mostly on the checking line.
