Ever seen the simpsons episode where Lisa voiced concern for pro atheletes and Marge goes they can handle any criticism and then the camera shows the athelete actually upset and crying.

They are human beings too people forget that.

Actually, I don't think anybody forgets that they are human beings. Most people show concern for them when an injury occurs and wish the best for all the players in health and longevity.

You forget that these are highly competive people, who are at the top of their profession. They would be absolutely pissed off if a game was called, that is much more embarrassing.

Returning after dealing with a minor emergency! Heat restored!

What did I miss after 4-0?

  • Mikheyev with a beauty tap in on a pass from Soucy
  • Kuzy beautiful drive to the net. Bumped the goalie and checked that he was okay after he scored
  • Kunin in tried to fight PDG, who just wrestled him to the ice
  • Lafferty with a beauty wrap around

@viking mama

Kunin tried to fight PDG, and drew an extra penalty the Sharks killed

it has nothing to do with ego.
Your alias is RookieFan. I don’t know if that’s true but for you to try and claim high road over fans who’ve supported this club for decades, and then passively chastise them for enjoying what seems to be a major step forward, isn’t being informed, nor a skill…it’s attempt to control and lecture…and it’s a little self absorbed trying to tone everyone else down when all you have to do is behave the way you choose to and allow others their own.

don’t place yourself above anyone here, especially when it sure seems like youre just attempting to preach something that is already inherently understood and an aspect of hockey that everybody already knows and adheres to at some point in the game.

Rookie fan might not have been on board for a game just a few short years ago when Demko was out and Dipietro was lit up 7-2.

They showed no mercy that game. What goes around comes around. Their fans were on their feet for the last few goals IN OUR BUILDING. I remember it well.

WOOHOO!!!! ANOTHER ONE
