IMHO he should have been a good tough player but found himself under a coaching regime that frowned on that style of play. Vancouver was the wrong team and Green was the wrong coach for him to prosper. I think at some point he just packed it in and that's on him so I'll chalk up his demise to 60% of a piss poor coach and 40% of giving up. To bad he didn't find a mentor.
