Bye Bye Hughes Brothers

In a somewhat shocking turn of events the Toronto Maple Leafs have trade not 1, but 2 Hughes brothers! .. Yes, you read that right. Toronto has traded both Jack and Quinn Hughes in the last 24 hours

This is what the team had to say about the recent trade rumors.

"We can confirm that Jack and Luke have both been dealt in the last 24 hours.

You have confused yourself and me with telling us which hughes you have moved...any clarity on this situation? 😉

blessing in disguise, that's the only way I can or will look at it.

Also not a bad thing getting DeSmith some more games, getting Silovs and/or Tolopilo NHL experience. The Canucks play a much better defensive game than previous. Should make for a better experience by any of the youngsters getting games in net.

We only have a 4 point margin of error. I'm not a fan of that.

Plus, last time he was out 2-4 weeks, it was 3 months.  :picard:

Apparently it’s a knee and not the groin so we should be good this time
